RETURNS

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns.


WARRANTY

We take pride in the quality of our products, materials, and craftsmanship.

All MagPix products purchased directly from our official website are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal and responsible use.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through the official MagPix website.
