Refund Policy
We want you to love your MagPix items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may use a shipping carrier of your choice. Please contact our customer service team at contact@magpix.co to obtain the return address before sending your item back.
If you receive a defective item or the wrong order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If the return is approved, we will provide a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@magpix.co. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
All MagPix products purchased directly from our official website are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects under normal and responsible use.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or customized products
- Clearance items
- Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. In some cases, you may also choose to receive your refund as store credit.
Please note that any additional charges incurred after the original purchase, such as taxes, customs duties, or other fees, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
